Glass Widgets Plus is a paid application that lets you add customizable glass-style home and lock screen widgets — such as clock, weather, calendar, battery, and photo widgets. The App contains no third-party advertising. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices. This policy complies with:

Several widgets rely on data that is read and processed locally on your device and is never transmitted to or stored on our servers:

• Time & Locale: Clock widgets read your device's current time, time zone, and locale/date format on-device only, to render the widget.
• Battery Status: Battery widgets read your device's battery level and charging state locally to display them.
• Calendar Events: If you add a calendar or agenda widget, event details are read on-device to show your upcoming events. We do not upload, store, or share your calendar data.
• Photos: If you add a photo widget, the images you select are processed on-device to display them. We do not upload or store your photos.

2.3 Location for Weather Widgets

If you add a weather widget and grant location access, the App uses your approximate location solely to retrieve the local forecast for your area. Your approximate location (or a location you enter manually) is sent to our third-party weather data provider only to return weather information, and is not used to identify you or build a profile. You can use manual location entry instead of device location, and you can revoke location access at any time.

2.4 Information You Provide Voluntarily

• Feedback, support requests, or communications you send to us
• Preferences and settings within the App
• Any other information you choose to provide

2.5 Information from Third-Party Services

Our App may use third-party services that collect information, including:

• Google Play Services: For app functionality and updates

• Calendar: Only if you add a calendar or agenda widget, to show your upcoming events. Read on-device only.
• Location (Approximate): Only if you add a weather widget and choose device location, to fetch your local forecast. You may enter a location manually instead.
• Notifications: Only if enabled, to keep certain widgets refreshed and up to date.
• Network / Internet: To retrieve weather data for weather widgets and to process your purchase through Google Play.

You can review and revoke any permission at any time in your device's system settings. Revoking a permission may disable the widget that depends on it.

5. Intellectual Property and Content Attribution

The App and its original content, widget designs, themes, features, and software are owned by NexSphere and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Widget designs and assets provided in the App may include:

• Original content created by or for NexSphere
• Licensed content from third-party artists and stock providers
• Content sourced from public domain or Creative Commons licenses

Your license to use widget designs and themes is limited to personal, non-commercial use on your devices. If you are a rights holder and believe your rights have been infringed, please contact us immediately for prompt removal or modification of the content.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or share your personal information, and the App does not display third-party advertising. We may share limited information only in the following circumstances:

To manage your purchase, provide support, and handle refunds, Google may make limited transaction details available to us, such as an order number, the country of purchase, and whether a purchase or refund occurred. We use this information only to verify entitlements, provide customer support, and prevent fraud.
