ASO Specialist

Grow Play Store listings the way we grow our own.

You own organic install growth across our catalog and a small number of client listings. We give you the audits, the tooling, and the data. You bring the judgment on what to test next and the discipline to ship weekly.

What you will do

Run weekly listing audits across our portfolio and client apps
Plan and ship keyword, icon, screenshot, and copy tests
Track install lift in Play Console and report findings to the team
Write listing copy in English that ranks and converts
Brief the design team on screenshot and feature graphic concepts

What we expect

One year or more of hands-on ASO experience on Google Play
Comfortable reading Play Console acquisition reports
Strong written English with a feel for what hooks users in 30 characters
You can defend a test plan with data, not opinions

Nice to have

Apple Search Ads or App Store Connect exposure
AppTweak, AppFollow, or Sensor Tower experience
Localization workflows for non-English stores

UI Designer

Design Android apps people actually want to open.

You design the screens our users see every day, from icons and screenshots on the Play Store to the in-app flows that make people stay. Strong opinions on type, spacing, and Material Design are welcome. Pixel-pushing for its own sake is not.

What you will do

Design product screens in Figma for new builds and live apps
Produce Play Store assets: icons, feature graphics, screenshots
Maintain a working design system across our Android catalog
Hand off to Flutter and Android engineers with annotated specs
Review builds before release and flag what does not match the design

What we expect

A portfolio of shipped mobile apps, not just concept screens
Fluency in Figma including components, variants, and auto-layout
Working knowledge of Material Design 3 and Android conventions
You can hold a clear point of view in a small team

Nice to have

Motion design in Lottie or Rive
Comfortable prototyping basic interactions
Past experience designing Play Store listings that converted well

Flutter Developer

Ship cross-platform apps without the cross-platform compromises.

You build production Flutter apps end to end, from the first commit to the Play Store release. We care less about how long you have used Flutter and more about whether your apps are stable, fast, and small enough to install on a budget Android phone.

Location: Remote

What you will do

Build and maintain Flutter apps for the studio and select clients
Integrate Firebase, REST APIs, and in-app purchase or ad SDKs
Profile and fix performance, ANR, and memory issues on real devices
Own releases through internal testing and staged Play Store rollouts
Write small, tested widgets that the next developer can read

What we expect

Two years or more of Flutter with at least one app live on Play Store
Solid Dart fundamentals including null safety and isolates
Familiar with a state management approach you can defend
Comfortable in Git and pull request reviews

Nice to have

Native Android or iOS code for platform channels
CI/CD experience with Codemagic or GitHub Actions
Performance profiling with Flutter DevTools

Android Developer

Build native Android apps that pass review the first time.

You write the apps we publish on Google Play and the ones we build for the publishers who hire us. Native Kotlin, modern Android, and a clear preference for clean code over clever code.

What you will do

Build native Android apps with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose
Integrate Play Billing, Firebase, AdMob, and analytics SDKs
Ship to Google Play, including production rollouts and crash triage
Keep apps current with Play policy and target SDK requirements
Review code from the rest of the engineering team

What we expect

Two years or more of native Android in Kotlin
Hands-on with Jetpack Compose, Room, Coroutines, and WorkManager
You have shipped at least one app on Google Play with real users
Comfortable reading and fixing Play Console crash reports

Nice to have

Material 3 design system experience
App optimization for low-end devices
Compose performance tooling familiarity
